Never let your circumstances bring you down and don't ever give up - no matter what obstacles you face in life! Meet Trooper, the adorable little Parakeet, in this video with Pierce Curren of Scaly Adventures.

Trooper got his name because he is such a little fighter. His legs were damaged to the point where he couldn't use them and he was about to be euthanized.

Fortunately for Trooper, he was rescued by our friends at Safe Haven & Educational Adventures, Inc., who rehabilitated him and gave him a ladder to hold onto with his beak as he learned to walk again. We are thrilled to report that Trooper is now able to walk on his own! (www.RescueExotics.org)
